BollyX is already a big hit in the USA, with classes in most states but is still to hit big in the UK but that is about to change this summer. Hip UK gyms are now starting to add this dynamic class to their timetables.

So is it for you?

BollyX is inspired by the music and dance of Bollywood and is a dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world.

The class is a great cardio workout and cycles between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and motivated all at the same time.

BollyX utilizes interval training techniques; the unique workout not only tones your entire body but also burns serious calories – participants have recorded a calorie burn of 500-800 calories per session.

No prior dance experience is required – just a positive attitude and the desire to unleash your inner swagger!
So if you like the idea of becoming your own Bollywood star, while  burning those calories then why not give it a go!
